How to fix the issue "svcr120.dll is missing" when running u-center on Windows 10 or 11

When first running u-center on Windows 10/11 the following message may be displayed and u-center will fail to open.

This issue occurs on machines that do not have Visual Studio 2013 installed.

To resolve this, download and install the required exes from the following page on the Microsoft site: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784

• For 32 bit machines:
  • Install the exe: vcredist_x86.exe
    • The svcr120.dll file will be added to the folder (C:) > Windows > SysWOW64
• For 64 bit machines:
  • Install the exe: vcredist_x86.exe
    • The svcr120.dll file will be added to the folder (C:) > Windows > SysWOW64
  • Install the exe: vcredist_x64.exe
    • The svcr120.dll file will be added to the folders (C:) > Windows > System32

After completing this process you should be able to successfully run u-center.

A machine reboot may be required if u-center still does not run
