All u-blox services are billed on a pay-as-you-go basis with monthly invoices for the usage of all devices in your Thingstream domain. We can support your billing needs with an option to pre-pay for your subscriptions yearly.
Requesting a yearly payment option
To request a pre-payment invoice, please send a message to services-support@u-blox.com with your request and the information below:
1-Your Thingstream domain name, and the plan(s) that you wish to be billed for (to calculate the cost for the year)
2-Company Name
3-Billing Address
4-VAT number (if appropriate)
5-email address where to send the invoice
Once we have this information, we can assist you in calculating the fee and generate an invoice for the year.
How it works
After the yearly costs of your plan(s) are calculated, we will send an invoice for the pre-payment of the estimated annual usage of your subscriptions.
Each month you will receive an invoice based on actual usage on your domain, you will see the amount due adjusted to reflect against your pre-payment balance.
After your pre-payment balance is depleted, you will see a positive balance due on your next monthly invoice. You can request to continue with your pre-payment option by requesting a new invoice for the plan(s) to include for the next year.
