The answer is yes; however, this depends on what type of user is associated with your email.
If you are an Admin user, simply log into the Thingstream Portal, click on your domain name at the top of the sidebar, and select 'Team Members'.
You will see a list of the existing users. Click on 'Add User' and recreate your profile with the new email address.
This will result in an invite being sent to your new email address.
Once accepted, you should be able to log in with your new email.
You can then navigate back to 'Team Members' and suspend or delete your old email address.
If you are a 'Member' or 'Billing' type user, please approach one of your Admin colleagues and request that they follow this process for you.
