How can I add/activate my SIM card using the Thingstream portal?

To add your SIM card to your Thingstream domain, follow these simple steps:

• Select Communication Things from the side bar
• If you have the redemption code, go to "Add Thing" and select "Use a code" to redeem your SIM.
• If you don't have the redemption code yet, email services-support@u-blox.com with the ICCID of your SIM card and we will provide you with the code.
• Follow the on-screen wizard to complete the process.
