U-Blox offers corporate accounts as an alternate payment option, which is particularly suited for large enterprises or corporate customers that prefer to pay via bank transfer. Enterprise bank transfers will be collected 30 days after the invoice.
To set up the bank transfer option and upgrade from a PRO account to an Enterprise account, please send an email to services-support@u-blox.com with the following information:
- Thingstream Domain or User Id
- Company Name
- Billing Address
- Any VAT or tax number if applicable
- Best contact name & email to send invoices
Alternatively, if you prefer the standard credit or debit card payment route, you can set up a pro account through your domain/portal. To update your billing details, simply navigate to the settings tab and then select the billing sub-menu on the left-hand side.
