The DeviceID and the ClientID are the same, and they are used to identify the Thing you created in the Thingstream platform.
The Hardware ID is a unique identifier for a piece of hardware, similar to an IMEI number, and is used as part of the validation process for Zero-Touch Provisioning (ZTP).
