Overview
u-blox F9 series modules support multiple interfaces (e.g., UART1, UART2, USB, I2C, or SPI). To get UBX and/or NMEA working on a specific interface, you typically need to:
Enable the protocol for that interface (input/output)
Enable the messages you want and set their rate (per interface)
In u-center: View → Generation 9 Configuration View
1) Enable UBX/NMEA input and output (CFG-UARTx)
Go to CFG-UART1 or CFG-UART2:
Also, confirm that the UART settings (especially the baud rate) match those of your host.

2) Enable message output and set rates (CFG-MSGOUT)
Go to CFG-MSGOUT. These keys control what messages are sent and how often, per interface. See the picture for example:
Common behavior:
0= disabled1= enabled (1x every nav solution)5= enabled (1x every 5th nav solution)
