We understand that sometimes you may need to remove certain Things from your portal. Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to delete Things directly through the portal. This is because we prioritize the security and stability of your remote devices. We do not want to risk accidental deletion of devices that cannot be easily recovered or reconfigured.
However, we are here to help. If you need to remove specific Things from your portal, you can simply send us the Client/device IDs via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our support team will take care of the deletion for you as a back-office ASAP.
