Why am I being billed (how do I stop or cancel my subscription)?

Subscriptions renew automatically each month whether they are used or not. Monthly invoices are billed once the total charges reach $5.00 USD.

If you need to cancel a subscription, please log into your portal and deactivate all Things where you do not wish to be charged.  You have the option to cancel immediately, or from the next renewal.  Please note that we invoice in arrears on the 1^st of the month, so there will always still be at least one charge in the invoice run following the date on which the subscription ends. If you deactivate a Thing in the middle of a subscription period there may be two charges in the next invoice.
